Free US Shipping

The Retreya Pavilion and all bundles ship free across the contiguous US (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories.

Handling & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 7–9 days of purchase.

How It Ships

The Pavilion ships flat-pack via freight carrier. Delivery is curbside — the carrier drops the pallet or boxes at your curb or driveway. You are responsible for moving the boxes to your installation location.

Add-on Items

Add-on accessories ship separately via standard parcel. LED kits, care kits, anchor kits, and spare curtains ship via UPS or FedEx ground.
