Frame Warranty — 5 Years

The powder-coated steel frame of the Retreya Pavilion is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. If the frame develops a structural defect under normal use conditions, we will replace the affected components free of charge.

Fabric Warranty — 2 Years

The double-tier roof canopy, privacy curtains, and mosquito mesh panels are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Register your purchase (free, at retreya.com/register) to extend fabric coverage by one additional year.

The 10-Year All-Weather Promise

Register your Pavilion and apply the Care & Weatherproofing Kit (sold separately) to unlock the 10-Year All-Weather Promise: if the frame rusts through, develops structural failure, or fails under wind conditions rated at Level 4 or below within 10 years of purchase, we will replace the frame free of charge.

Requirements to Activate

• Free warranty registration at retreya.com/register
• Annual application of Retreya Care & Weatherproofing Kit (or equivalent sealant)
• Anchor per the installation guide (expansion screws on hard surfaces, stakes in soil)
• Fabric panels stored dry over deep winter (recommended)

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from winds exceeding Level 4 (when curtains are left up in high winds)
• Damage from neglect, misuse, or failure to anchor per the guide
• Normal fading of fabric over time
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect structure or function
