The 30-Night Backyard Trial

We stand behind the Retreya Pavilion completely. Set it up, live with it for up to 30 nights, and if it isn’t the retreat you pictured — for any reason — contact us and we will arrange the return and issue a full refund. No restocking fees. No lectures.

How to Return

1. Email hello@retreya.com with your order number and reason (optional — you don’t have to give one).
2. We’ll schedule a freight pickup at your address, typically within 3–5 business days.
3. Once the product is confirmed received and in good condition, we issue your refund within 5 business days.

Condition

The product must be complete (all original components) and in the condition you received it. Normal use during the 30-night trial period is expected and acceptable.

Add-ons & Accessories

Add-on products (LED kits, care kits, anchor kits, spare curtains) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging, for a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Pavilion arrives damaged, email hello@retreya.com with photos within 5 days of delivery. We will replace the affected parts or the full unit at no charge.
